The first session is an introduction to the elements of coaching. It is free, takes 30-40 minutes, and takes place online in zoom. And it is necessary to understand whether we are suitable for each other, to manifest the request, to make sure that it is coaching, to answer your questions and to talk through the organizational aspects: frequency of sessions, etc.
Depends on each case individually. Usually, from 4 to 10 sessions per request.
You will have a possibility to write to the professional to assess a situation, which is most urgent for you at any given moment instead of waiting for the weekly appointment. Apart from weekly appointments a client gains access to chat with the coach during the whole period within set hours (discussed before the start of the paid period)
